1. Website Development
Twenty percent (20%) of the total fees shall be paid as an initial amount at the time of placing the order. The remaining eighty percent (80%) shall be paid at the time of delivery.
2. Other Services
For the following services, 100% payment is required at the time of ordering: VPS Hosting, Dedicated Server, Web Hosting, Email Hosting, SMS Service, Reseller Hosting, Domain Registration, Storage Services, Database-as-a-Service, DNS Service, SSL Certificate, and all other related services.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only to Shared Web Hosting and Email Hosting.
Shared Web Hosting includes Single Domain Hosting using Hestia or cPanel, Multi-Domain Hosting using Hestia or cPanel, and Cloud cPanel Hosting.
Refunds are not applicable to Reseller Hosting, services under the Reseller Program, VPS Hosting, Dedicated Servers, Domain Registration, SMS Services, Storage Services including Cloud Storage and Storage Box, Database-as-a-Service, DNS Service, SSL Certificate, or any other non-shared hosting services.
Refunds, where applicable, will be issued on a pro-rated basis after deducting gateway charges of 2.36%, which are non-refundable. This refund policy applies only to services availed within India.
4. First-Order Refund Eligibility
Only new users can claim a refund on their first order. The first order must be cancelled within 30 days of purchase. No refunds are provided for renewals or subsequent orders.
For example, if a new user cancels their first shared hosting order within 30 days, a refund will be issued. If the same user places a second order and cancels it, no refund will be provided.
5. Refund Timeframe
Refunds, where applicable, may take 5 to 7 working days to process.
